You can have hope in the free gift of forgiveness for your sins through Jesus Christ, not through any good things you done, because we can never do enough to earn God's forgiveness for our sins. The first time when he came to the world he came to die for the world's sins, but when he comes again in the future, he will come to judge the world, but those who believe in him will be saved. The bible verse below in Hebrews 9:27-28 also mentioned that we can hope that when Jesus come again to judge the world (his Second Coming), he will save us if we will wait for him.
